Waited an hour and a half for a scheduled oil change? And then they came and said I needed filters which was fine, but at that point I knew they hadn’t even looked at my car. It was a long day for an oil change. There was even a drive up customer that was serviced before I was done, after 12:30PM.

your Ford escape required parts that we did not have in stock, also the oil change on that particular vehicle set up is not the easiest as well. Please understand we are a Honda repair facility and that's what our tech's are trained for.
