I was completely satisfied with my maintenance check and oil change. But when they opened the parts package for the recall on my 2018 Honda Odyssey, parts were missing. Unfortunately, they didn’t have another parts package so I will have to make ANOTHER appointment for that. Disappointing. I would think with a recall going on, more than one parts package would be available in the shop.

Carla always communicates any issues quickly so we can make the right decisions about my repair. In this case, she was very accommodating to get my car in for a look at a time that worked with my work schedule. Also, when something unplanned came up with my brake job, Carla got ahold of me right away and took care of the issue to my satisfaction. Always a pleasure to work with Carla for my repair.

Spoke to service mgr. Awful experience trying to call for an update. On hold 25 minutes, waiting to learn if repairs complete. Phone tree irritating, with repeated recording every minute. Two live replies still made me wait: 13' then another 9'. Just need an answer, or status update, when approaching time of closing.

As I explained when checking you out, that we are in the the process of updating our companies phone system and we have been experiencing some issues with phone calls getting dropped and messages not being received. Our I.T. department is working to correct this.
