I was very happy with my experience overall! They got me in the next day, and even though there was an unexpected change to my appointment time - I was told 9am but when I arrived was told it had been put in the calendar for 1pm - they took me at my anticipated appt time anyway. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The only issue I had was that the crew fixed my hitch issue without updating me about the cost before doing the work. I was completely satisfied with the work and the price, but since there was no initial estimate given for that piece of work, I would have appreciated that update. This is the protocol I’m used to at my regular dealership.

Joe, Unfortunately we tried calling you several times and was unable to get through, so knowing you wanted the issue fixed and knowing the price that was quoted by another shop was 5x higher we figured this was a no brainer.

Will need to bring back though soon. Occasionally the vehicle loses acceleration when applying pressure to gas pedal. When inspected in March of 2020 was told it could be transmission problem. Please advise on another visit. Thanks!

Check engine light was on when i picked up my car...disappointing to have just paid over $1600 and not have it off...wasn't on before I took in in.

Stephine, Yes the check engine light was on at arrival as documented on the repair order, also that was not a item you wanted diagnosed. We repaired the work you wanted to fix, it is not customary to check every check engine light on every car that comes in.
