Oil all over my 2016 pristine 2016 civic with 13K miles. Dripping off bottom from top ! Took me an hour to clean most off ! Will NEVER be back could get this from oil express NOT from a HONDA Auto tech ! Sloppy no excuse was also on front bumper and driver seat ??????????

The rear passenger side seat was not reinstalled correctly. Both the rear and front side latches that secure the base of the seat to the support pins were unlatched. This is a very serious safety concern. I noticed it when the seat felt somewhat loose while I was putting my daughters child seat back into the van. This makes me question the rest of the maintenance for recall work if a seat can't even be simply reinstalled.
