Rachel is always super efficient
I'm grateful they were able to help me in a pinch (broke down 250 miles from home), but DANG. $750+ for labor alone for about 4 hours of labor. $1700+ after it was all said and done. I love Honda service, but I'll definitely need to go to a local mechanic next time.

I really like Tyler Honda. Just wish that Tyler wasnt so high on prices. Need a fix and its gonna take me awhile to save up for it. Im not unempliyed or have been during this pandemic. No free goverment money for me. And my stimulus was gone along time ago. Hope I can get my repair done there but will see. Thanks. Love my oil changes.

Rachel was very helpful. However the problem with the car battery was not found on my first trip until I had to jump start it and come in a second time.
Was able to get my car in quickly to get the issue evaluated. Everyone was extremely helpful. I was just unable to afford to have the repairs done.
My service today was easy to schedule and Rachel was accommodating when I had an additional problem to deal with - everything was done in a timely manner. I was very satisfied.
