I received professional, friendly service but paid higher fee than expected (oil change + brake fluid + air filter + tire rotation). Next time I need services I’ll call ahead to get an estimate before finalizing the agreed upon work.

Happy with service itself but not the wait time...I realize I did not ask the amount of time it would take but it was also not offered. I normally have never had to wait an hour and a half for an oil change.

I was served by Jesse Wells, not Rachel Wheeler. He was courteous and seemed knowledgeable. He answered my questions satisfactory. I just wish he could smile more. He seems a bit “matter of fact” in his approach. No small talk, just business. But overall service was awesome. Thanks.
