I have had bad experiences with service here in the past, but looks like Tyler Honda is working hard to turn this around.
Time estimate was accurate- work done quickly. Good customer service.
Only complaint is that shuttle driver did not wear mask while driving
Was told I was not getting charged for something and was charged for it!

All the staff were pleasant and professional, and I appreciated the service To my vehicle and the price was fair.
Not all the staff wore masks, even though almost all the customers did. I thought it was an executive Order for all people in businesses to were masks now. I was surprised and disappointed about this issue. I may not return because of it.

we are considered an open environment and not required to wear masks unless talking directly to customers in which case we all follow the order. also we have desk shields at every desk.
Friendly - but not mushy. Very efficent. Estimated wait time was precise. Dealt with my warrantty issue knowledgely. Well done.
As punishment for complaining about paying for filters I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my car. I watched it parked outside and finally went into service department and was told “o it’s ready

Thats an unfair statement, installing air filters does take some extra time, but also we were extremely busy at that time and you were next up to cashed out. no one is perfect. sorry.

I really trust Tyler Honda with my CRV. Because you’re the only ones to ever work on my vehicle. However, I got 3 different quotes on my service. I called in person to confirm a quote I got 2 months ago. Then followed up again to have the quote in writing. Then when I got the call it was almost $100 difference. As a female, I hope to not be taken advantage of.
