Had a rattle noise under car checked. Charged diagnostic fee. Rattle still there when going over bumps. On 7/8/20 was given estimate of SERP belt 175. Yesterday estimate of belt tension pulley 371. I suspect noise is loose muffler or bracket. Don’t know if that was even checked. No confidence in your service dept. want a refund of diagnostic charge.

As a regular maintenance customer I would expect the service to include a complimentary car wash.

All my check engine lights came in just before I got off the Stevensville exit. I called your department and you were able to get me in immediately.
