I was pleasantly surprised that the service representative did not try to "upsell" me on services that I really didn't need. I will return to Tyler Honda for this reason.
When we bought our first Honda from you in 2013, it wasn’t a friendly place, and you could feel it. Things have obviously changed, and I’m ready to give you a second chance, which I do not think you will fail to satisfy. Very happy with Bob who sold me my second Honda and your service department is very friendly.
All I can say is AWESOME!! I needed my oil changed ASAP and the service department fit me in Immediately.

I would like to see the employees wearing masks at all times.... or at least when customers are around. I expected my vehicle to be sanitized after service. Maybe it was, but it was not mentioned. I would like a seating option to wait outside while my vehicle is being serviced. There was some seating but it was I. The direct sunlight... and too hot to sit in the location provided.
