Disappointed many employees without mask!! Also employee licked their fingers to show me receipt, not great with Covid. Get your employees mask before it spreads and you have to closed down and lose business.

Just a side note, many of your employees are not wearing a mask or wearing it properly. Rachel was wonderful and wore hers while helping me, but others were not. If they walked to waiting room, they would put it on but it was under their nose.

In the middle of the pandemic, your customer service reps aren’t wearing masks. And I explicitly asked your rep in a text that the person who would drive me back to the dealership wear one in the car, as I did, but that didn’t happen. So why would I be satisfied?
