Desk staff was very friendly. I was disappointed, however, that when I scheduled this service, I was never told it would be almost $500 for general vehicle service. Extremely disappointed in lack of communication regarding the cost of this service.

Long wait even though scheduled. Price I was quoted not the price charged because was charged for full synthetic, which I did not request.

Howard, Your car requires full synthetic oil per Honda. Anything else you risk damaging the internal engine components and void your warranty.

It was easy and quick to schedule an appointment. The service advisor Rachel is excellent. Her communication via phone and text was thorough. She kept me advised of status. She presented all recommended maintenance and repairs. She discussed all pros and cons. If she didn’t know an answer to a question she immediately checked with the technician. The service department provided me with a loaner since the repair would take all day. I am very satisfied with everything about my experience with Tyler Honda
