When arriving at the dealership, with almost a flat tire. And there was no way it was going to hold air for me to drive it home come back to the dealership the next day and get new tires. So it would’ve been nice if she would’ve offered me the loaner car from the beginning. Instead another employee heard what was going on and he offered me the loaner car. Also it took the other employee to offer me a coupon for my new tires.

I was pleased with all aspects of the service except that the only ones in the service area that appeared to be wearing face masks were the customers. Relying on Plexiglas barriers alone is not sufficient. If your customers care enough to take steps to minimize risk to you, then you should be masking up to protect your staff, your families, and your customers.

Rachel was efficient, pleasant, and courteous. Roger drove me home and picked me up when my car was finished. He was punctual, courteous and a good driver. It’s never easy for me to be separated from my CRV but everyone at Tyler made the entire experience smooth and efficient. The car runs great!
