This place sadly is the closest Honda dealership to my house and with all the respect, the worse customer service. Received my car in a dusty dirty condition after 6 hours, and considering that I was told my car will be ready in 2 hrs. No communications, no giving updates. Just a horrible experience. I had issue with this place in the past and the management called me apologized and requested to remove my feedback. But the whole point of feedback is for improvement purposes not just to be worry about the dealership customer service score.

I went to honda to make sure i will be fine for a out of state travel. They checked everything and confirmed that the car is good to go. Next day on the travel, the car was stuck out of nowhere with engine light on. What a service I had!
The rear view camera part is too expensive, $700! I can buy the part from another dealer around $400! I don’t trust your service anymore!
