Next time that I will have my tires replaced, I guess I should be going to Just Tires, because I get to choose the brand of tires that will be put in my car. I was expecting a Firestone tires, like the last that I had with my car, but it was replaced with a lower quality of tires, in my opinion. Jorge said he gave me discount, well, that’s because I was quoted with a higher priced tires, than the actual price if the tires that was put in my car. So, I ended up paying the same amount as what was quoted.

I explained the issues I was having with connecting Onstar, Honda Link. Bluetooth and Apple Car Play. I was repeatedly told to call “On Star Technical Support” and that no service was needed to resolve the issues with the audio and the apps. I called On Star as I was directed and was told it was a “Honda Issue” and that there was nothing that they could do. Finally another technician listened to me and came out to help and it turned out it needed to have a hard reboot and restore to factory settings. Had it been investigated before instead of saying “nothing is wrong” and there was nothing to repair, it would have saved hours of time.
