I brought my car in for an air conditioning problem at 11 AM. I was not contacted at all during the day. They claimed to speak with my husband. He doesn’t recall. Late afternoon I called. They told me that it was probably covered under my warranty. They would not be able to work on my car until they received approval. I contacted them at 5 . They just received approval. They told me me they would need 4.5 hours to repair. They would need to keep the car overnight. I asked for a loaner. They told me they didn’t have one. They didn’t consider my schedule. That I needed it. I was very upset. They told me me that because my husband dropped the car off that they should contact him. He never said that. It was not a good experience.

Just want to say that Mayo was truly outstanding!! Well beyond great service!! He definitely goes beyond the call of duty for his customers! Definitely at the very TOP of the list that I have ever experienced for a service writer.
