My new car was not washed. Covered in fingerprints and after sunset I could see windows were streaked and hard to see through. Plus service did not install tge cargo liner or mats. I had to do it myself. I loved my salesperson though.

My representative and the service I came in for were both great. My complaint is with the complementary car wash I got at the end. I honestly feel like my car was dirtier after the "wash" than before. All my windows were so badly streaked with residue that I could barely see out of my sideview mirrors and rear windshield, so much so that I had to take my car through a gas station auto wash later that same day just to get it actually somewhat clean. Next time I'm offered a wash there, I will definitely be declining.

When booking my appointment, I was not made aware of the diagnostic cost. Also, after my appointment I sent a reply to my service rep and he never responded. Poor customer service. Would not recommend this Honda dealership to friends and family.
