Jacob went the extra mile to reduce the cost of addressing our transmission judder issue. Flushing and replacing the transmission fluid four times seems to have solved the issue.

Hello, I had a B136 service performed, which includes changing the differential fluid. I was told there is a potential differential leak, but I need to pay another $140 to get it inspected. After spending $575 on the service, I can't believe the differential leak wouldn't be investigated as part of the fluid change. I would appreciate anything you can do to help. Thanks, Dave
