Brandon is so attentive and takes every concern into serious consideration and cares for my car trouble. He is exceptional!
I've brought my car in three times so far, and it has had issues with the electronics, the seat, and the steering. Not only has it not improved, but it's actually gotten worse.
Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable about Accord Hybrids. He encouraged me to reach out to the service department with any questions I might have and to bring the car in if I have concerns. I hope I’ll be assigned to Brandon when I return for future service needs.

I was there to get a recall done and talk to the alarm guys because the alarm wakes up my neighbors and I needed it shut off. When I called to make the appt for the recall I asked to make the appt with the alarm guy. However the alarm guys weren’t there and Honda had no idea why. I understand they are probably 3rd party, but you should know their damn schedule. I took the day off because the alarm guys are only there Monday-Friday but I usually have to work. Now I’m still stuck with a loud alarm that wakes up my neighbors. If I have to schedule an appt with the alarm guys through Honda they should be able to communicate with each other about their damn schedules.
Please call for any recall schedule possible earlier than March 2025.
