Mike handled a stressful situation as best as he could. Yet the satisfaction I felt ended there. Mike assured me that my car was being washed after it was serviced, yet my car was not washed upon arrival. The tech who pulled my car up, seemed to have no idea what was going on which was really surprising. He then had the audacity to tell me that if I wanted my car washed that I would have to wait for another car to get their car washed first.

Jorge was extremely welcoming and listened attentively to our concerns about the AC not working properly. He mentioned that a recall existed which would be addressed at the same time. He took the time to explain the paperwork before asking us to authorize the repairs. Later in the afternoon, we received a phone call from Jorge updating us on the repairs. In less than 24 hours, the car was repaired and available for us to pick up. We are very pleased with the customer care received from Jorge. Thank you, Karl S

The service advisor was great. The customer lounge had a lot of seating but the tv was on but no channels were working on it and the WiFi also wasn’t working.
