Always very happy with how Honda handles my car and they are so helpful. They are very nice and the quoted time is always shorter than what it really is.
Everything was good they did a good job with the service but they didn’t clean it even i told them to wash my car after the service but they delivered it without any cleaning.

1. I waited for more than 30 minutes outside waiting for the car after I paid for the service. Then sent a message to the service advisor but no reply. I waited for another 10 minutes inside before I got help from someone who was nice enough to have the car brought to me. In all it almost took an hour from the time I paid for and got the car.
2. The car was not washed as promised. I thought the reason for the delay was the car being washed, but I ended up waiting for a long time and getting the car not washed. Not very happy.
3. The service advisor failed to inform me of free tire rotation because I had purchased the new tires at your dealership. After I mentioned it he lowered the service fees. Had I not said anything I or someone on my behalf would have paid for tire rotation. The service provider was neither forthcoming nor reliable.
I have doctorate degree in engineer degree from USC. I have been quality eng for medical device like J&J, 3M, Edward’s …so have a unique view for the quality of your service
