Just follow up, we bought this 2016 Certified Pre-Owned Civic from Norm Reeves in 2020. We have had issues with the A/C system ever since. We have spent quite a bit on refrigerant and inspections. My issue is when we bought the car, the A/C system was a known issue for Honda and we were never advised.
I have bought two cars from your dealership and feel that more could have been done to fix the issue like split the cost of the repairs. That’s the way to keep satisfied customers coming back for their next vehicle.
When we sell the car, we will have to be honest and advise the potential buyer about the issue. We will take a hit on the selling price for sure.
Michael Fernandez was great and this in know way is about his service and responsibility in the service department.
