He was willing to work with me in getting the work done that I wanted. I feel he did a good job. I will say there was one small hitch. When I took the truck in I understood that the idler for the timing would be replace with the rest of the parts that the belt used . He did tell me that there was no need to replace it or the tech would have told him it needed to be replaced. He pointed out there is a 1 year warranty and if I had a problem bring it back in. Time will soon tell. He did keep me updated and was willing to answer any questions I had. He is someone I would be happy to work with again. I feel he gave me a good price for the work that was done. You are lucky to have someone who cares about the customer. most reps will not pick up the phone they just text with no interaction with the customer. That is important to me. I drove down from Anaheim to use your service department I know I passed two or three other Honda dealers to go to see Gerardo. That should tell you how good of a job he did.
It was easy to set up an appointment and the service was done before scheduled. Jorge was great to work with.

I was advised to submit the Proof Of Correction. I went to DMV but they don’t even have my CRC on any hold for recall repair. I was told to submit the proof only during renewal of registration and not in advance. Hopefully other customer is not as confused as I was.
