The electrical controls on my car’s driver side rear view mirror is malfunctioning. I brought it in to have it fixed, but your technician could not determine what was wrong. It is still not working properly. I will now have to bring back again or take it somewhere else. I think that not enough was done to diagnose the problem before giving up. I sent Nathaniel a video clip of what was happening with the mirror. I would like for someone to tell me what is wrong with it. Thanks.

Michael was very professional as usual. I did notice a screw almost falling off the cars wheel trim but tightened it by hand as best I could until I arrived home and grabbed my trusty Phillips head and tightened all the wheel well screws.

Very expensive.Cost to replace a rear wiper is $35.00. It was not even available.Has to be reordered. I went to Oriley and got it for $12.00 and they installed it free of charge.
