I enjoyed the services I paid for and the complimentary drive but I didn’t receive the complimentary car wash even through my paper work has the car wash stamp I said yes to the car wash but didn’t get it
You guys have been good to me in the past with basic maintenance. And customer service is friendly, and the shuttle is very convenient.
But for the first time I went in with two other issues: I suspected my FOB was broken, and I told them my splash shield was torn off.
I was told my FOB was fine but all of my actuators were broken and needed to be replaced. I was quoted $2600. I got a second opinion, and it WAS actually my FOB. The other place got me a new one and everything works now.
Then I was told I was just missing clips on my shield. They didn’t even realize a whole middle shield was missing, even though I told them it was ripped off and thrown away a few months back. How do they not see a whole shield was missing?
Just wanted to share my feedback. I’m still a Honda fan.
The service associate gave me realistic timing and explained what to expect. The technicians removed stickers that I requested and ran it through the wash. I left feeling confident in the mechanical condition of my car and pleased with the tidiness. I'm very happy with the service I received.
Brandon was very nice and he made the process fast and easy. I was in and out of the office in about 5 minutes and that's only cuz I had a few questions. But I appreciate the hard work and my car was done sooner than expected. Thank you guys at norm reeves Honda, I will never go to another place to get my car serviced.

In short, the general manager explained that it was the key needing re-programming that was the problem and not the battery. I was happy that he took the time to explain the issue.
It was extremely difficult to get a live person on the phone. The price I was quoted for the service was way too high

Took my vehicle in for its first maintenance appointment. We have the maintenance plan. New filters weren’t needed. But our maintenance plan pays for new filters. Will car signal that filters will be needed when they are eventually needed? However, isn’t this based on mileage? The maintenance plan doesn’t make sense if the mileage doesn’t sync with actual maintenance.
