. I have been bringing my cars to this service for three years. This time, the warning light on the screen showed that the tire pressure was low. We adjusted the pressure of the tires, but the display light did not go out. When I brought it to the service, they said $150 inspection fee. Then they called me and told me they had to pay another $600 to fix the problem. Again, I accepted. Then they called again and said it was $1070. No parts have been changed, just labor charges. But I am not at all satisfied with this service.

Luis was both professional and straightforward, and kept me updated regarding the diagnosis. Although I was disappointed with the failed injector and Honda’s inability to extend the warranty coverage on a part known to have a high failure rate, I appreciate Luis’s willingness to look into partial coverage and slightly discounted service rates. I will continue to recommend Norm Reeves to friends and family who need Honda maintenance, due to ongoing positive experiences with the team here.
