I took my CRV in because the A/C was not working properly. When turned on there was no cold air and there was a screeching noise. I made my appointment for 11:30am. When I arrived and checked in I was told it would take 2-3 hours. I told the man helping me that I would be waiting. After sitting in the waiting room for 3 and a half hours he saw me and was surprised I was still there. He came back and said that there was a leak somewhere and they needed to figure out what part was leaking so they could order it. He told me that if there was a leak they needed to order it by 4 PM as that was their cut off time. So when 4:25pm rolled around and I had not heard, I went back to the desk to ask what was going on. He came out and said the car is ready. There was no leak. It was just low on Freon. I was confused because I just got the car in February. To me it seems that they did not start working on my car until I started asking. I ended up staying and waiting for five hours when I was told it would take 2 to 3 hours.

Brandon Son was able to fit my Odyssey in for an appt for a recall I’ve been waiting for since 2 prior service advisors ago - much appreciated. My experience with Brandon has been great. He is conscientious and honest, giving me feedback on my vehicle and recommending services to accomplish without being pushy. I like to establish a rapport with service advisors and Brandon is great. Customer service oriented and knowledgeable!
