I came in with a suspected nail in my tire, in a worry trying to get to work on time. My guy quickly got me in and out in less than two hours. He greeted me with like a regular person and was respectful. I can’t explain how satisfied I am with his service and your dealer as a whole. I came from the Costa Mesa dealer that didn’t have my tire in stock, so I came to you guys without an appointment after getting my oil change. And I have to say, you guys are way better than the Costa Mesa one. Give my man Luis Prado a raise.
