Arbenz Anton was most helpful and I’m completely satisfied with the service he provided me but NOT satisfied with Honda manufacturing. I’m beyond dissatisfied with Honda and their policy and defected car design that causes customers to pay thousands to fix it!!!!

I had problems with my brake. Brake piston boot tore up. I figured it while I was charging brake pads. I made an appointment, went to norm reeves and explained the situation to the manager. The manager was nice and suggested to do an inspection first he promised to call me back to make a decision whether to proceed with the actual fix. He did mention that they may not have spare parts. So I left my car with them and went back home. I did not receive a call so I had to call them around 4:20. The inspection was finished. They called me Lyft back to bring me back the dealership. My manager was busy with some other customers so I spoke with some other guy who told me the inspection results. So after spending 45$ and the whole Saturday without a car they told me what I already had known but didn’t fix the problem.

I have a jar in my car with coins and some spare change. I noticed when I came home that I had $15 cash missing. Can’t believe this from a “professional” organization.

I came in for a diagnosis & wanted to fix issues with my A/C which were covered under Honda warranty. Instead, I was denied service and was ultimately told that I need to pay for my issue to be fixed despite not needing to do so. I did not feel satisfied because Honda warranty was supposed to replace parts of my A/C, but I was denied service for these parts. The person helping me did not offer any consolation for the price/issue & instead told me I should reschedule. I still had to pay for the diagnosis which was a waste of my time and money since it was supposed to be free which is under Honda warranty.

First my tire had a nail in it and he said it could not be repaired and instead wanted to sell me a whole new tire that was expensive. Second, when I left norm reeves after my service the technician did not return my lugs to my tires and the only reason I found out is I was going to tire place and reached into my glove compartment to make sure they were there and where not so I had to drive back to Irvine and get them fro Your service dept. other than that everything else was good! I always go to norm reeves for my service

Alexander and Luis were very helpful and friendly. The part i needed was almost impossible to find but Luis found a way to make things work. I am very appreciative for the two i mentuoned and everybody else i didn't get to meet.
