I am requesting contact from a service rep or manager to track down what happened with my vehicle. I am very disappointed, and am hoping that there was some type of miscommunication , as opposed to something that will be losing any future business from us and needs to be brought to the attention of the better business bureau for dishonest business practices.

Nathaniel provided great customer service. From the initial service question, to closing out the invoice. He explained all steps of the process, the whys and how much. He kept me updated throughout the day on progress, and finally when the car was done.
Arbenz is an awesome cool guy. Also love that there’s a specific tech that only works on civic type R. Reason why I drive all the way from Torrance to Irvine.
Poor communication and bad expectation set by Luis on the time of the repairs performed. Even if he had no control over the work the Techs are doing … he should have let me know it was going to take 2:45 minutes to complete the work not the 1.5 to 2 hours he quoted. This is not acceptable and my business will be taken elsewhere.

Luis had to look to find the problem because the auto mechanic didn’t even look at the issue. He just stated what he knew about other customers who experienced similar issues. . We appreciate that Luis listened and looked at our hdmi port and then found for himself the problem I was explaining. The car was at service for six hours and it wasn’t looked at . The issue wasn’t resolved until Luis went in to see for himself. The automechanic wasted everyone’s time.
I always ask for Alexander Hernandez ; because he knows how to keep the customers satisfied and happy????
