It was hard to contact our representative - never got reply back when left a message.
Diagnosis of car did not leave us with much confidence.
We wanted a car wash but only afterwards did we see a sign that said you had to ask for one now. Wish we were told that.
On the other hand, oil change and tire rotation seems good.
People were good, disappointed with the brand. Will call Honda to interrogate further on a potential solution.
An over 2 hour wait for an oil change is unacceptable. Requested complimentary car wash was not done.
