Nathan was professional and provided friendly attention. I was extremely disappointed with the cost of my cabin air filter and engine air filter. If I had gone to your own parts department I would have saved over $100.
I was charged $74.95 for the cabin air filter that Sells for under $30 and was charged $59.95 for my engine air filter that sells for under $20 both OEM parts.
Today will therefore be my first and last visit to Norm Reeves Honda, Irvine, CA

Matthew is a good listener and captured our concerns for our 2016 Honda Pilot vehicle losing power with acceleration and transmission slipping (juddering) when shifting gears. The technician detected and replaced faulty fuel injectors. Power is now improved but the transmission is still juddering when shifting through the gears. I have left a message for Matthew today to let him know.

hello Today, I took the time to perform the first oil change service and at the same time check and fix the sound problem that is heard when turning to the right. That's why I left the car at the repair shop at 10:20 and the expert said because they need more time to find out the problem. And I drop off car and use shattle and went home .they called 5 o’clock and said that there will be a further investigation in the future. The problem should be diagnosed by driving, and said they did test drive and didn’t find any problem. That is my question if they want test drive and check why whole day keep my car at repair shop and call me at 5 pm.
when I received the car, the previous problem remained and they didn't take any action. In addition, today, because I didn’t have my car, I used my sick day and didn't go to work, and unfortunately, the car also had a problem. not fixed

He informed me of the condition of my car and the things that needed to be done and gave me options on whether to have it done through their service department or have it taken care of outside .
He also gave me the good news that the “car wash” was back after I asked about it.
