In the past, my experience with Norm Reeves was excellent. However this experience did not live up to expectations. I did not receive any updates from my service rep unless I called repeatedly (most times no one picked up). My car repair was delayed because he assumed I wouldn’t want a cover over my door locking mechanism (and therefore did not order the part until the initial repair was already complete). I had to repeat myself multiple times and even then I wasn’t sure if he would do as I asked. He was nice and tried his best, but it was a frustrating experience.
