I’ve provided similar comments before, but the great customer service by Brandon Son continues. He is always able to make appointments for my two vehicles, and the work is completed timely according to his time estimate. Moreover, talking to him is less like interacting with a Service Advisor but more like a friend - a quality which allows him to discuss vehicle repairs and suggested repairs in a trustworthy manner. This is good for the customer to agree to needed repairs but also great for the dealership’s gross income. No one really enjoys getting their car serviced and repaired but Brandon makes the overall experience easy and bearable. A great service advisor, person, and simply as asset to your dealership. Clone him!
Delano was very knowledgeable about my battery problems.
He was most courteous and efficient. Although I am not happy how about buying a new battery since I just bought my car two months ago, I was given good advice by Delano about driving more so as to keep battery charged At it’s best.
Went above expectations to call corporate for a good will adjustment.

Nathaniel has handled my last few visits with great attention and he goes the extra mile. This last visit, I kept getting calls from the car group, which I thought was spam. When I finally picked up, I realized it was Nathaniel and I had to go a little bit later than the closing time, which Nathaniel was very kind to stay behind to accommodate me, he’s very easy and polite to work with and is one of the main reasons why I come to the dealership to service my 2017 CRV Instead of going to my other Honda shop. I know when I go to Norm Reeves, Nathaniel will be there to help me, and I almost think of him like my account rep. His presence at Norm. Reeves really gives confidence in taking my car in for service, knowing that I will get professional, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile attention. He is a great asset to any customer service operation and I always appreciate working with him.
