I understand the service department gets busy but it helps having people who are willing to provide excellent service, honesty, and helped me book an appointment short notice for my battery. Kindness goes a long way and I appreciated that with Brandon. You solidified my reasoning for leaving Honda cerritos for the Irvine location.

Nathaniel was extremely professional, courteous, and did his best to minimize my wait time for a warranty-covered battery exchange. This was especially important to me- as my husband had just had surgery several hours prior to my visit to Honda Dealer and he was home alone. Nathanial kept me informed as to status and when completed. Staff in the Service Lane also were helpful to answer several questions I had about my car. Matthew in service work with Huntington Beach Norm Reeves to ensure I could get my battery replaced in Irvine- without having to drive to Huntington Beach Honda where the battery was purchased. Two dealerships worked it out with a phone call and ensured I was place into an appointment slot- same day. I appreciated everyone at Norm Reeves Honda - Irvine and will be back again! Ginger Pierson

Mr. Davenport was very thorough in explaining the repair process. The team did a wonderful job.
My appointment request specifically mentioned that if the service cannot be completed same day to please let me know. When I dropped off the car Luis confirmed a diagnostic would need to be done however it would be no problem to fix the AC and would be ready at 2-3pm. At 3:45 I called and he told me the diagnostic had not even been performed 5+ hours after I dropped the car off and the service would not be finished that day. This put us in a difficult position since we are a one car family. Overall I was pleased that the car was fixed appropriately but it really created a problem not having a car on Sunday and Monday and seems like it could have been avoided. If I had known it wouldn’t be same day I’d have dropped it Friday night to pick up on Saturday. Pretty disappointed with the service level.
Luis was kind, courteous and patient. I always felt I was being taken care of.
