Luis Prado our service advisor was very helpful at taking care of our cars needs. Very professional and went beyond what i have experienced in the past from just an average advisor. Besides my Honda I also have a GMC vehicle and not even GMC advisor helps me like Luis Prado has. What a valuable asset Norm Reeves Honda has. Thank you!

This was a very unpleasant visit. Dropped my car off for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I never received a call or text that my vehicle was ready. I had to visit your location and spoke to a sales Manager by the name of Gus who at first had no sense of urgency. Long Le the service advisor was unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. I was told I could not pick up my car until Tuesday morning but luckily Gus finally got a hold of someone and I was able to pick the car up. He mentioned they waived the fee of $92.00 for the inconvenience but what’s funny is that I already paid for a package that includes all services. SO a NO, you DID NOT WAIVE ANYTHING FOR ME as an inconvenience. I will no longer be taking my car to your location for service.
