Long answered my questions clearly and sought confirmation from a supervisor for questions he was uncertain about.
This was a very unpleasant visit. Dropped my car off for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I never received a call or text that my vehicle was ready. I had to visit your location and spoke to a sales Manager by the name of Gus who at first had no sense of urgency. Long Le the service advisor was unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. I was told I could not pick up my car until Tuesday morning but luckily Gus finally got a hold of someone and I was able to pick the car up. He mentioned they waived the fee of $92.00 for the inconvenience but what’s funny is that I already paid for a package that includes all services. SO a NO, you DID NOT WAIVE ANYTHING FOR ME as an inconvenience. I will no longer be taking my car to your location for service.
The worst service I have ever received from a dealership award goes to Honda in Irvine.
