We had to visit Norm reeves Honda Irvine auto center 3 times today, and it took 7 hours to complete my oA1 service request because Long Le missed brake performance check from our initial service request. For this, we had to wait and visit your center again, and he advised brake fluid exchange is required after 2nd inspection, which was not advised us from the 1st inspection. So we had to wait and visit your center again for the 3rd time. I don’t understand why the brake fluid exchange was not captured from the 1st inspection. For all above, I wasted my time for such a simple service request for 7 hours due to his wrong service process.
I always receive excellent customer service from Matthew Garrett every time I get my car serviced at Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine. Matthew always makes sure that I am completely satisfied with the services done on my car and his work ethic is stellar. Thanks so much!
