There was no communication regarding the vehicle with Honda representative. Car was staying at the shop for 5 days. Call Honda and left messages and representative at the service department didn’t return calls. Very poor service!!!
Wrong tire was orderd,I asked for out the door price it changed 3times,so I had to buy my tires somewhere else,

The inspection report showed an item needing repair but he said it wasn’t necessary at this time. I would have considered doing the repair but was never told.
The inspection report also indicated that my front rotors were forming a groove which is concerning because I just had the brakes and rotors replaced by your service center about 8-9 months ago. The service advisor said that he would look into it and get back to me but I have not heard back.
Positive: came in for recall which I received mail about. Was told it was already done. Called the original dealership that performed the service and they stated it was a new recall. Your team took it in and ended up confirming the right part was in and used the time to fix a different recall.
Needs improvement: rep let me know my oil was at 15% and suggested a change, which I agreed to. He also offered a free car wash. When he called to pick up the car and told me about the recall info, I asked about the oil change and it was not done. He told me it would be another hour. I didn’t receive a call so I showed up just before closing. He apologized and said he was busy. The car was brought out without a car wash. When I got home I noticed a moldy smell coming from the vents. We have aired it out a few days and tried using Lysol in the vents. The smell is now more faint but still there. Also, the oil light is still there. I can clear it myself but now I am going to check the oil clarity to see if it was actually done. I likely will not bring the van back for service unless absolutely necessary.
