I brought my car in for a service light on Friday of Labor Day weekend. Didn’t hear back from anyone which is fine since it was later in the day. I waited until 2:00 Saturday to check on status. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Then quickly got a text that I responded to. In fact I texted twice. I called back at 3:00. No response. Again at 4:00 no response and Monday was a holiday! Finally around 4:30 we called back again a reminded the receptionist that we texted and called and no response. Around 4:45 we got a call back. We still had a question about the service being recommended and your team was going to ask the repair person. On Tuesday morning they stated it would be $177 to fix. The part was $17.00 and which made labor $160. Within about 20 minutes our car was “ fixed” and ready for pickup. Granted, the turn around that day was speedy. But what a crime to charge $160 for. 20 minutes of labor! Outrageous! Then the had the nerve to say, “oh we waived the diagnosis fee of $99. That fee was never stated to me when I brought it in. Nor have I ever, in my life of owning Toyotas, have I paid a diagnostic fee!
