Had to ask two times for him to honor my coupon for the $10 off on the oil change when I picked up my vehicle he did not review it with me somebody else did they did not go over any of the inspection points or the fact that I needed an air cleaner Overall, the customer service wasn’t very good. It seem like he was too rushed to discuss my vehicle status with me, but the service was completed quickly. I was also missed quoted over the phone on the tire rotation, and balance price so all I got was the rotation I just need the service representative to spend more time with the customer to explain my vehicle status
Alexander did a great job explaining all the details, kept us updated on process daily. Norm Reeves Honda in irvine will always be our place our service. Service jobs are always thorough, and honest.

Really pleased with my service rep Nathaniel who went above and beyond to find parts and get my car repaired before you closed for the day on the Sat. before the Labor Day Holiday. If not, I wouldn't have been able to pick up my car before the Tuesday after Labor Day. He is to be commended.
