Freeway Honda lost my business because of how they treated me. Rancho, Santa Margarita lost my business because they damaged my car. Your service department was kind, professional, and you certainly have earned me as a customer.
Went for the servicing after making an appointment, when we went there we were informed they can’t do it on that day. Then dropped off the car on Friday, never received any calls regarding the service center, was calling & checking on Monday, had to call few times, nobody answered the phone, one call was on hold more than 8 minutes. 4th time had to go through reception, then someone answered & said it was finished on Saturday. Didn’t even receive any text messages regarding it. Due to this, we won’t be coming to this service center anymore. Your technician even said he called and texted on Saturday, but we never got any calls or messages. Our car was there for 4 days for a recall issue that Corporate said should have been fixed in 2 hours.
Satisfied for the service and my car is doing Okay.
