The service drive valet inadvertently damaged one of the switches on the driver’s door by scratching it with his metal clipboard. It’s been reported to the service advisor and his manager and the part, already ordered, will be replaced.

I waited for my car for several hours only to be told that I’d need a new fuel stack battery. I had to get a rental car for a few days until the supervisor made the decision to fix the car (which was a lease) or to offer me a chance to terminate my contract early for the hydrogen fuel cell car & lease something new. I didn’t hear back from service for a few days do I called Hamid Aminizia who helped me w my first lease. He was more helpful than Delano who I didn’t hear back from except to ask if I was happy w my service! I haven’t even made a decision about what I was going to do yet! He seemed to not have a clue as to what my options were.
