a three days work turned to a week diagnosis cost change to double the cost , hard to get intouch with advisor , never picked up any of my calls.
I requested the car service to be completed by 2pm. Alexander agreed. I tried calling and texting at 1pm. I never got a response. An hour later I tried calling the service department, no response. I called the main line and the lady who answered was unable to get a response from the service department. She had to walk down there and tell them to call me back. They finally did but only an oil change had happened. The main reason I came to you was for the wheel alignment. I can get an oil change anywhere in 1/2 hr but it took the service department from 8:30am-2pm to do that.
I wish, Honda has car wash after maintenance. There was black dirty water on front car.
