I'm at the point where if I want to have an absolutely terrible day, then a sure-fire, guaranteed way is to make an appointment with The Service Center at Norm Reeves Honda. Please note, this has absolutely NOTHING to do with Long's performance - Long was absolutely perfectly fine. This has everything to do with your company's terrible track-record that only continues to degrade year by year. I've been a customer of Norm Reeves for nearly 8 years at this point, and I highly doubt I will be returning ever again.
Late return due to parts unavailable (return day pushed back twice). Car returned in dirtier condition, despite wash being added to service

A personal phone call confirming status from service manager would have been more appropiate
Considering I waited over one hour.
Had I not elected to walk over to the service manager building I would have needlessly waited longer. I showed up at 7am in order to receive personal attention, at least the service manger could attempt to call me, not auto text, or he could have walked over to the other building if I did not answer the call.
Mr Arbenz Anton did an extraordinary job on the car, it has been running better than when I first bought the car. Thank you so much for an excellent job, it was truly beyond our expectations.????
