Delano was extremely professional and helpful. Delano has to be one of the best service advisors I have ever had the opportunity to have on my servicing of my car. He made things go so smoothly on both of my last two service dates he explained my car's service needs very clearly and I really appreciated having him as my service advisor.

Check in and the service manager were great but I went in with my car having system codes that the dealership failed to see even when I pointed it out. They assume I cleared them but I did not and they still exist. I didn’t end up paying anything for the service but now I’m left with the vehicle having codes which could lead to bigger issues. I was told nothing is wrong with my car but it’s hard to refute what my obd2 reader is telling me.

I am very grateful that Arbenz was so helpful and accommodating to our needs. He managed to get me in a rental car that is on the same size comparison as our Pilot . Having are bigger car was a must for us since we have 2 boys that plays hockey and at the same time we at times carpool some of their team mates. He is so wonderful in reaching out and in giving me updates regarding the repair of my car. He is also very responsive when I have questions via text. He made the experience less stressful and less inconvenient by making sure that our needs and questions are met.
