Very happy with the service. One problem I walk with a cane ambulating is not easy your newwaiting room is a bit of a walk. The young man said he would try to find me a chair. Before he could do that there was a man also with a cane sitting inthe one chair with another empty chair attached to it. I said I would sit there . Big Mistake! I do not think the man was all there .I had nowhere else to go,the gentleman helping me was off doing his work . There should be more chairs for disabled people to use .

When we picked up the car, we were told it was back to great shape. The car is in horrible shape and needs considerable amount of maintenance and some more work done. The car should not have been released in the condition it was in. We were told it was ready to go and in great condition before picking it up. Unacceptable for Norm Reeves! We are disappointed with the service and the advice, or actually not given correct advice, when we picked up the car. We are considering using other dealer or auto shop. Again, very, ver disappointed with Norm Reeves! Will probably put a post regarding this

Brandon was great! I had the car towed to your location when it died on the freeway and I was very impressed with how you took care of me. Brandon was great on keeping me informed of progress and helped identify appropriate discounts that he could apply. I usually go to SJC Honda, but Brandon provided such excellent service that I will be changing dealerships for my service needs. Thank you!
