Tge car was not washed
The mechanic left grease hand prints on our headliner at doorway by the handle on ceiling. An a couple prints on sun visor. The gentleman that helped me Long Le was excellent. He was really great but the mechanic that did the oil change was careless and got oil on the headliner. We live out of town so I can’t come back here right away or I would have. I appreciate if you let him know. Thank you

Brandon Son is beyond awesome! For the past 5 years,, I could not get my cell phone’s GPS to work while driving my 2014 Honda CRV. Brandon Son changed that for me during my visit. Brandon was patient, kind, professional , and went out of his way to deliver the best customer service I’ve ever had at Norm Reeves. It is my opinion that Brandon Son deserves a raise, promotion, or employee of the year status!! Next time I come to Norm Reeves I will look to work with Brandon Son again and again…..

The service was great and Mathew is always helpful but the over 3 hour wait time with 2 kids was not fun. I would have appreciated a time estimate so we could have taken the shuttle home.
