I dropped my Honda off for service around 9 am on October 17, 2023. The service was to install some parts (cargo hook, cargo net, rear shaded, and doot film.) Later, I received a text that my Honda was ready to pick up around 12:00 noon. I came to pick up my Honda and realized that my Honda wasn’t really ready. They didn’t install door film for my car and left a box ( look like the thermoformed pvc) in the car. They said the mechanic did not finish the job and would call me for another appointment to fulfill the job. I was disappointed for what happened. They said to me my car was ready and they didn’t check if the job was done or not. Around 5:30 pm the same day, I received a text that “my car was ALL serviced, and ready to come home…”Am I supposed to check the job ? What if I wanted an oil change and they did not do it and what would happen to my car? Your system is not trustworthy. Thank you.

I just received a message from Long Le that my vehicle was ready for pickup, but it was in the shop weeks ago and the dealership ended up buying it from me, so I’m not sure why I’m getting a message that it’s now ready. There is a disconnect there. Additionally, Long told me the original work would be covered under warranty, but I found out later that he didn’t have the authority to determine that.
Matthew Garrett was outstanding. His attention to detail, follow up, and thoroughness is exceptional. He made sure that my service was done to my satisfaction. He ordered parts that were necessary to complete the installation and made sure the parts were available. He is an upstanding person. Norm Reeves Honda is fortunate to have an employee like him. I will request Matthew as my service coordinator from now on. Thank you Matthew.

I left a text message earlier. Since I got my car back last Thursday and I noticed today that my fog lights are not on. Could you please hook them up? I believe they were disconnected when working on my front spoiler
