He was honestly just very nice and thoughtful. I really appreciated his kindness, and felt like he explained things really well. He even talked to me a bit about my life which I thought was very sweet of him haha. He definitely didn’t have to do that, but he did and I appreciated it. I overall really liked his genuineness and kindness. He deserves a raise! (Only half joking lol).

I have been with Michael Fernandez at RSM Honda for years. I switched to Michael after having bad experiences with 2 different Service gentleman there. Michael is very honest and knowledgeable about cars and cares about the quality of service you receive.

Delano did a great job communicating with me about the status of my vehicle. I’m very upset about the Honda brand battery issues, but that’s not his fault. Delano was great, knowledgable, and very professional.
Honda should be ashamed of itself for manufacturing low-grade batteries that don’t even last a full year.
