Nathaniel was very professional and personable during my entire visit. I appreciate him walking me through the documentation I received after my appointment as well as helping me install my back windshield wiper. I hope not to experience any other unexpected issues with my vehicle and my next visit is my next oil change which should be due in 2024. Thank you Nathaniel for your help.
Mayhieu was so kind and knowledgeable! I’ve had bad experiences with auto maintenance, but Mayhieu immediately put me at ease. He regularly updated me on what was going on with my car and made sure that the maintenance was finished the same day.
Long Le was great with customer service skills and was very helpful. However, the actual service was horrible. I dropped off my car at my appointment at 9:45am for oil change, tire rotation and to check clanking sounds. It was supposed to be a 2 hours max service, but I didn’t get to pickup the car until past 3:00pm. I had to call many time trying to see why my car wasn’t ready yet, and was not able to get through the service department. After at least 5 or 6 times, I was able to get someone to transfer me to the service center, yet no one pickup the phone.
My wife and I had to drive in to check and the oil wasn’t even changed. Long Le had to go tell the machanic to change the oil (this was about 2:30pm). We didn’t get to actual pickup the car until after 3:00pm.
Worse part was that whoever was driving my car after I dropped off in the morning scratched my front passenger bumper and didn’t even notify me or my wife. My wife had to drive back and talk to Long Le about this. He had to get a manager over to talk with my wife about this matter. The manager said that he will look into the security cameras to figure out who actually drove my car and caused the scratches on the bumper. This is unacceptable and we want to notify this to management so that you can resolve this matter. We need our front bumper fix and if not, replace it. Please advise.

Matthew patiently listened to my questions and thoroughly explained the service being rendered.
I was helped my service representative Mayhieu Morales. He provided a stellar customer service experience by explaining to me how my car would be taken care of. He showed me to the customer waiting room. He also showed me how to get coffee así took my car early in the morning. The machine in the waiting room was broken so he personally took me to another coffee dispenser on site that was functional. After my car was finished, he explained to me all the other service recommendations that I can do for my car. Great guy!
The time between drop off and completion of service for the vehicle was over 4 hours. It takes more than 4 hours to complete oil change, filter change, and inspection? Please re-consider how you prioritize vehicles for service so the time to complete service can be reduced for routine maintenance work such as the things described in this comment.

1. I had asked for breaks to be replaced, never happened. I had to make another appointment
2. The phone system to call back is not working.
3. I requested for car wash, it was not noted and I had to wait again to get it cleaned
