I waited for Service for about 4 1/2 hours without a message from the Service guy and then when I picked up the car, I was told that it would need a part to be ordered and I’ll have to come back later etc. It didn’t even seem busy… it was pretty disorganized and haphazard! This is the 3rd thing go wrong in a row: AC/ visor/ odometer… I much prefer Alexander H to help me , if possible please Thanks, Lisa G

Arbenz. Listen to the problem and sought a solution. After finding the problem he ordered the part necessary to fix the issue he set an appointment to correct and it did just that. He solved the problem and handled himself with great customer care. We have two Hondas and will continue to work with Norm Reeves in the future. Mike Douglas
